Individualized Education
Although the overall goal is to speak publicly, there are several advantages to individualized instruction.
Oftentimes, a student may not be ready to be thrown into a setting that he or she may find intimidating. In this case, individualized instruction allows the student to build up a level of confidence at his or her own pace.
More advanced students also benefit from individualized instruction. Our students compete on a national level. Individual instruction allows these students to carefully prepare, polish, and execute their competitive speeches.
Finally, students highly benefit from interview coaching. One of our students got accepted to four out of five highly prestigious high schools in Princeton, NJ.
Educational Group Classes
One is NEVER too young to start building confidence. Classes are offered to students as young as 5!
There is a theme to each 8-Week Public Speaking class, which was designed to increase skill and ability per class. During the beginner classes, students learn some of the basics of Public Speaking, which include: proper eye contact, the elimination of speech fillers, and the use of hand gestures. In some of the more advanced classes, students learn very effective persuasive techniques, while delivering a quality PowerPoint presentation.
Classes are held by a host in his or her home. The host receives 30 percent off of the class fee. Any new classes will be updated on the site. However, if interested, one may request a class to be formed. There is a minimum of 5 students per class, including the host.
